This position is for a senior DevOps Engineer within an Agile engineering squad responsible for evolving office network capabilities in a large enterprise environment. The work focuses on building new network services, evolving network platforms, and developing automation, Infrastructure as Code, and internal platforms that enable efficient network operations. The role combines network engineering with software development and is primarily delivery-oriented, with limited operational interrupt work but full responsibility for scalable, future-proof solutions.
Key responsibilities
The engineer designs and delivers new network features and services, contributes to standards and reference architectures, and translates refined product backlog items into working technical solutions. The role includes building automation and Infrastructure as Code for deployment and management, developing reusable code, and integrating with APIs and external systems. Solutions are validated through testing and pre/post checks to ensure production readiness, followed by continued involvement to support high-quality handover to operations. For complex technical issues, the engineer acts as an escalation point and collaborates with related networking teams to deliver solutions that are maintainable and operable. The engineer also participates in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to support backlog and roadmap delivery. Communication is conducted in English.

Wensen
- Experience with Aruba SD-Branch, Aruba Central, and/or Aruba ClearPass (or comparable enterprise networking / SD-WAN / NAC platforms)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (designing and maintaining, not just using)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps ways of working
- Understanding of broader infrastructure context (integration with other platforms/services)
- Experience with Kong API gateway
- Knowledge about AzDo pipelines and Azure functions
