The Financial Economic Crime (FEC) function monitors client activities within financial systems to detect and prevent behavior that may violate laws and regulations, such as potential money laundering, unclear corporate structures, and transactions involving sanctioned countries.
In this role, the Project Manager Transaction Monitoring is responsible for the governance, structure, support, and documentation of change programs within the Transaction Monitoring (TM) domain. The position acts as a central point of contact, supporting delivery across both change initiatives and ongoing run activities. The role requires close collaboration with relevant TM teams to understand operational challenges and translate them into practical improvements, with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance.
Role responsibilities
The project manager provides independent insights including trend analysis and management reporting, engages with stakeholders holding domain expertise, and identifies bottlenecks that can be converted into process or policy improvements. The role also includes advising colleagues, business units, and senior management and maintaining a proactive, hands-on working style throughout the assignment.
Eisen
- Bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 5–10 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of transaction monitoring and risk management.
- Experience with Gen-AI/Agentic-AI projects and delivery.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders across departments.
- Good presentation skills up to senior management level.
- Strong decision-making skills and independent judgment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, hands-on, and quality-focused with high degree of flexibility.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite for documenting, reporting and presenting.
