Over de opdracht
The Senior Change Communication Consultant shapes and guides communication for a digital transformation programme within a wind business area. The programme aims to establish a sustainable digital foundation and new ways of working, particularly across operations and maintenance for onshore and offshore wind. The role enables these changes through strategic and operational communication that makes the transformation clear and supports organizational adoption.
Responsibilities
The consultant defines and delivers the programme’s change communication strategy, develops clear narratives and uses appropriate channels such as articles, employee platforms, video and all-employee meetings to communicate the change. The role ensures consistent messaging across the programme and alignment with wider digitalisation, business-area and group narratives.
The consultant works with communication leads and other change enablers, coordinates specialist content suppliers, and establishes ways to assess the impact of communications and refine the approach. They also guide stakeholders at different organizational levels through the change, building alignment and supporting adoption. The work begins with a strong hands-on focus and develops progressively towards a more strategic advisory role, involving regular engagement with senior management.
Working arrangements
The assignment is hybrid, based at the organization’s core locations, preferably Amsterdam, Stockholm or Kolding. It requires at least 28 hours per week, averaging four to five days. Hours can be scheduled flexibly, provided availability is spread across working days rather than arranged as full days off. The estimated assignment period is 24 months, from November 2026 to October 2028, with the possibility that the programme may continue beyond that period.
