The UX Researcher – Enterprise UX role focuses on leading explorative, generative, and evaluative UX research that informs both design and strategic decisions. The assignment centers on making the value of user experience measurable by turning user insights into quantifiable findings, coaching design teams to apply insights, and ensuring research results contribute to business outcomes.
What you do
You uncover what matters to employees and translate those insights into actionable strategies. You define and refine research questions in line with hypotheses, organizational priorities, and measurable goals. The role involves coordinating multi-method research in complex enterprise environments and producing high-quality research artifacts that help stakeholders make informed decisions.
Collaboration and impact
You work closely with designers and design leads across multiple business areas and help elevate the standard of UX research quality. You connect user insights to design and business objectives, validate problems and solutions that support desired user behavior, and present findings in a way that drives adoption and measurable impact.
The position operates within a larger design organization, where a chapter model supports collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning. The work is hybrid, including a shared in-office moment mid-week and additional preferred in-office days.
Eisen
- English mandatory
- Location: Netherlands (residing in the Netherlands)
- Not self-employed
- Ability to switch seamlessly between Dutch and English in spoken and written communication
- 3+ years of UX research experience in complex environments
- Valid Passport or ID card required at the start of the assignment
- Start permitted only after successful pre-employment screening
- Availability throughout the entire duration of the assignment
Wensen
- Expertise in diverse research methods (interviews, analytics, diary studies, eye-tracking, field research, usability testing)
- Expertise in both qualitative research methods (e.g. interviews, diary studies, field research, usability testing) and quantitative research methods (e.g. surveys, analytics, metrics)
- Ability to navigate large organizations and gain buy-in for research initiatives
- Strong storytelling skills to communicate insights and demonstrate business value
- Pragmatic mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
