A Technical Business Analyst (Data & AI) acts as a bridge between business and technical teams within a retail and commercial bank. The assignment focuses on gathering user requirements for internal use cases related to an agentic platform, converting these into clear technical requirements, and aligning with external vendors to support delivery. The role also includes testing new features before release and ensuring usability for end users. Stakeholder alignment across the organization is a continuous part of the work, with an emphasis on creating clarity and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment. Some travel may be required.
The position is based in a hybrid working setup.
Eisen
- English language is mandatory
- ZZP is not allowed
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or data-focused role
- Prior experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Valid Passport or ID card required, to be taken along to the interview and at the start of the assignment
- Candidate must be submitted exclusively to a specified sourcing party during the exclusivity period of 4 business days on one request
- Candidate must be available throughout the entire duration of the assignment
