A Technical Business Analyst (Data & AI) works between business and technical teams. The role involves translating user needs from internal use cases into clear technical requirements for an agentic platform, and coordinating closely with external vendors to support effective delivery. The analyst contributes by testing new features prior to release and ensuring that solutions remain usable for end users. Throughout the process, the role supports ongoing alignment with stakeholders across the organization in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, taking ownership to drive progress and communicate complex information clearly.
Eisen
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or data-focused role
- Prior experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer
- Strong understanding of data workflows, analytics, and ML concepts
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
