The Technical Business Analyst (Data & AI) bridges business requirements and technical delivery in a financial services environment. The role gathers user requirements for internal use cases related to an agentic platform, translates those requirements into clear technical specifications, and collaborates with external vendors to ensure effective delivery.
The position supports product and feature readiness by testing new capabilities before release and by ensuring solutions remain usable for end users. Ongoing stakeholder alignment is a core part of the assignment, as priorities and requirements change in a fast-moving setting. The role requires a structured approach to analysis, the ability to communicate complex topics clearly, and a high level of ownership to drive progress.
Some travel may be required.
Eisen
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or data-focused role
- Prior experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer
- Strong understanding of data workflows, analytics, and ML concepts
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; PhD is a strong plus
Wensen
- Experience in consulting environments (preferred)
- Exposure to start-up or fast-paced environments
