Senior DevOps Engineer / Senior IAM Engineer responsible for Identity & Access Management (IAM) and identity governance and administration (IGA) services in a regulated environment. The assignment focuses on analyzing, remediating, improving, and automating IAM services so they become more effective, more controllable, and more scalable, with strong attention to traceability, evidencing, and predictable control execution.
Within an IAM delivery squad, you develop and maintain IAM capabilities that support secure provisioning, modification, and revocation of employee access. You contribute to both technical improvements and structural remediation of control deficiencies, helping the squad move from reactive control support to sustainable and compliant service delivery.
In this role you remediate existing IAM services and configurations to improve control effectiveness, service stability, and audit readiness. You automate manual service and control-related activities to increase efficiency, consistency, and traceability. You translate control findings, operational issues, and technical risks into backlog-ready engineering improvements, and you enhance the quality of evidencing, monitoring, and technical substantiation for in-scope control execution.
You work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, risk and compliance stakeholders, architects, and other engineers to ensure that identified findings are converted into sustainable improvements. You also help increase squad maturity by embedding sustainable engineering patterns, reducing recurring manual effort, and creating scalable and reusable approaches within the identity landscape.
