Front-end developer role within a digital growth and innovation environment, focused on creating and improving customer experiences in a consumer mobile app for young people. The work translates customer behavior and performance data into product insights and scalable solutions with direct impact on customer experience and commercial outcomes.
You deliver and maintain core front-end functionality, including navigation, profiles, and baseline app experience features. You support discovery to clarify customer needs and constraints, and collaborate with other teams to ensure that navigation and conversational interfaces work together for a coherent and intuitive experience.
The role is performed in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting where teams move from identifying the right customer question to experimenting, building, launching, and continuously improving. Collaboration is emphasized in a multicultural team environment, with constructive challenge and shared delivery of customer value.
The position operates in an international hybrid working setup with a balance between work and home. Work is conducted in English. The role is based in the Netherlands and is performed in a location in the Netherlands, with no relocation supported.
