Senior Business Analyst for Identity and Access Management (IAM) focused on secure employee access. In this assignment you shape technology demand and contribute to the target state for IAM services by analysing requirements, translating complex business goals into solution designs and blueprints, and aligning those designs with business and IT architecture frameworks. You define solution plans with a Product Owner, work closely with DevOps teams and other stakeholders, and develop cross-domain solutions that create value.
You act as a sparring partner for business and development teams, stay abreast of market and technological developments, and incorporate relevant insights into the execution of your designs. You also support the team by monitoring and improving the quality of work delivered by other Business Analysts and by ensuring DevOps teams receive the information needed to translate capability into solution design.
The assignment runs from 2026-09-02 to 2027-08-31. Work is hybrid in line with an “@anywhere” policy. The role is performed in Utrecht at the organization’s premises, where external staff parking is restricted from April 2026: parking is not permitted Monday through Thursday and remains permitted on Fridays only.

- Academic thinking and work level with a Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field of expertise
- CISSP certified
- Knowledge and implementation experience with the usual IAM protocols for authentication, authorization, user provisioning and single sign-on, such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Bearer Token, Kerberos/NTLM, LDAP authentication, SCIM
- Strong creation & writing skills
- Excellent communication in English is required
- All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the assignment
- Candidate should be submitted exclusively to the named client during the exclusivity period of 4 business days on one request
- Furthermore, the candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the assignment
