Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain, you help shape technology demand and solution design focused on employee access. You bridge business and IT by analysing complex business problems, translating requirements into designs, and contributing to the definition of a target state and the plans to achieve it. The role is carried out within an IAM team, with close collaboration involving a Product Owner, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
You ensure that requirements are translated into solution designs aligned with business and IT architecture frameworks, and you support quality improvement among other Business Analysts. You maintain an overview of IAM capabilities to match organizational needs with established standards and the capabilities of tools used in IAM. Continuous improvement is central to your approach, including challenging current working methods and tooling.
Key responsibilities include translating high-level targets into solution blueprints and designs, developing high-value IAM domain solutions, and planning and organizing activities within general departmental objectives. You also act as a sparring partner for the business and development teams, stay abreast of relevant market and technological developments, and ensure that DevOps teams receive the right information to turn IAM capabilities into solution designs.
Eisen
- English language proficiency
- Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field of expertise
- CISSP certified
- Knowledge and implementation experience with IAM protocols for authentication, authorization, user provisioning and single sign-on, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Bearer Token, Kerberos/NTLM, LDAP authentication, and SCIM
- Strong creation and writing skills
- Requirement analysis (Master)
