The QA Engineer – ITSM API Platform role supports a team that delivers Service Management APIs as part of an IT Service Automation platform. The APIs enable stakeholders to securely access Service Management and CMDB data in a compliant and user-friendly way. Work is organized in a hybrid model.
Role and responsibilities
The QA Engineer ensures the quality, reliability, and performance of the APIs. The role includes contributing to test strategies for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, building and maintaining automated test frameworks for API validation and integration scenarios, and validating API functionality, data integrity, security, and compliance requirements. Automated tests are integrated into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and fast feedback.
The QA Engineer collaborates with developers, product owners, and solution architects to embed quality into API implementation. Additional responsibilities include test data management and environment setup for repeatable testing, aligning API documentation with implemented functionality and test coverage, monitoring API performance and reliability, and supporting root cause analysis.
The role also provides support for incident handling by troubleshooting issues and validating fixes in production-like environments, while communicating quality insights, risks, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- We would like to receive the personal motivation of the candidate and CV in English
- Candidate should be submitted exclusively to the named supplier during the exclusivity period of 4 business days on one request
- The candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the assignment
- All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid passport or ID card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the assignment
- If the candidate is selected to start, a pre-employment screening will be executed
- The candidate is only allowed to start after the pre-employment screening has been completed successfully
- Complete all candidate details correctly

- Familiarity with Azure services such as API Management, Functions, or Container Apps is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages is a plus (i.e. Python, C#, or JavaScript).
