About the assignment
This role supports the exploration, validation, and preparation of potential new products and services within an innovation solution space focused on profitable business transitions. The work takes place in the early experimentation and validation phase, where business, technology, and risk-related stakeholders are aligned to assess opportunities and prepare them for follow-up delivery.
Key responsibilities
The role includes supporting research, analysis, and validation of new business opportunities; exploring and assessing solution options with attention to process impacts, risks, and dependencies; and developing financial business cases. Responsibilities also cover preparing and structuring documentation related to Risk, Privacy, Security, and Compliance in line with the experimentation and validation phase, translating findings into business requirements, process flows, scenarios, and innovation funnel entry materials, and ensuring a structured handover to the implementation and delivery team.
Working arrangements
36 hours per week and English as the working language. Hybrid working is used with office presence required on Monday and Wednesday. Dutch proficiency is considered a strong advantage. Flexibility is required outside standard business hours (9:00–17:00) due to collaboration with international regions. The role is based in the Netherlands.

- Demonstrates strong analytical skills with experience in opportunity discovery and concept validation.
- Possesses excellent advisory and stakeholder management skills, including structured communication with internal and external (B2B) stakeholders.
- Has experience in financial risk mitigation, requirements gathering, process design, and producing high-quality handover documentation.
- Works effectively with Risk, Compliance, Security, and Architecture stakeholders.
- Is communicative, accurate, and collaborative.
- Is comfortable working in an international environment and coordinating across multiple time zones.
- Proficiency in Dutch is considered a strong advantage.
