Project Management Officer (PMO) within the COO Change domain, supporting the delivery of strategic, cross-functional change through structured programme coordination. The role sits in a COO Chief of Staff environment and supports the wider COO organization by helping drive alignment, governance, and consistency in ways of working.
You facilitate effective execution of complex change initiatives and contribute to the realization of a strategic programme in an evolving regulatory and organizational context. Working closely with senior stakeholders, programme and project managers, you enable transparent planning, communication and reporting. You coordinate regular progress updates and reports, track team action points, and compile management reporting for programme governance and management committees. You also maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide day-to-day support to the programme manager and relevant stakeholders.
Key activities include facilitating programme communication, planning and reporting, coordinating progress reporting cadences, tracking actions, and coordinating management committee reporting.
Eisen
- Demonstrable relevant working experience (3+ years)
- Preferably experience within financial services
- Experience with setting up project or program reporting and overview of progress
- A completed Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in English and Dutch, verbal and written
