The ITSM Data Engineer role focuses on implementing and maintaining IT Service Management (ITSM) data objects and configuration management system (CMS) business rules. The work takes place within a large-scale IT and data environment that supports financial services operations. The engineer translates business requirements into technical solutions using a cloud-based data platform on Microsoft Azure.
Key activities include integrating and managing data from multiple sources, building and operating data pipelines for reporting and analytics, and ensuring ITSM data operations are scalable, reliable, and secure. The role also involves applying and maintaining CMS business rules using the data platform, collaborating with business analysts and process owners to deliver solutions, monitoring performance and data quality, and maintaining documentation for processes and configurations.

- Proficiency in cloud services (e.g., data factory, data lake storage, DevOps tools).
- Strong knowledge of a cloud data platform and workflow orchestration.
- Good understanding of IT Service Management.
- Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities in English.
