In a programme context, the role leads a small programme of moderate-to-high complexity and risk, typically involving interdependent initiatives that together contribute to longer-term business objectives. Alternatively, the role may manage medium-to-large projects of moderate-to-high complexity and risk, coordinating related activities through their full lifecycle.
Strong stakeholder management is required. The work includes coaching and partnering with business stakeholders to validate the strategic business case, define success metrics and criteria, and identify, measure, and sustain planned benefits versus achieved outcomes. The environment is cross-functional and focuses on translating business needs into structured delivery and demonstrable results.
