Over de opdracht
An HR Reporting and Analytics Expert combines information from multiple sources to provide actionable insight for an international organization. Reporting to the HR Reporting and Analytics team lead, the role manages business requests and initiates projects using functional HR knowledge. It collaborates with line managers across operating countries and maintains the HR master dataset in HR applications.
Responsibilities include defining data and reporting standards, developing reports, resolving data issues, and producing regular analyses of HR management information, personnel data, and trends. The role identifies and implements improvements to HR reporting in collaboration with HR systems and processes colleagues and the wider HR organization, and supports management with relevant insights.
The work involves HR systems and data analysis, reporting, ETL, and dashboard development using large datasets. The role is based at an office in the Netherlands and requires working on-site at least two days per week.
Eisen
- Excellent command of English.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet, business intelligence, data analysis, query, and automation tools.
- Ability to work from the office at least two days per week.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
- Proven experience in HR data analysis, reporting, ETL, dashboard development, and working with large datasets.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
