This HR business analyst role involves bridging HR business stakeholders and IT teams in international projects. The assignment supports the development and improvement of IT solutions for recruitment-related processes, initially with a focus on pre-selection. You analyze stakeholder needs, challenge assumptions, and translate requirements into solutions that support a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience.
Key responsibilities
You maintain and support a recruitment careers platform, focusing on stability, performance, and adherence to applicable requirements. You also help optimize pre-selection activities within the recruitment funnel and contribute to continuous development and innovation, including an AI-enabled way of working.
How you contribute
You understand how HR processes connect with broader organizational processes and are able to communicate effectively between business and IT. You apply business analysis methodologies and structured thinking to derive insights from complex information and support decision-making. Your expertise includes digital recruitment ecosystems, with awareness of security, privacy, and consent-related concepts, as well as experience with web technologies, system integrations, and data flows. You bring affinity with AI, digital transformation, and improving digital journeys through well-founded business cases.
