Business Analist -HR is a HR business analysis role within an international organization, focused on bridging business stakeholders and IT to deliver successful project outcomes. The assignment supports recruitment processes through structured analysis and translation of stakeholder needs into IT solutions, with an initial emphasis on pre-selection activities.
The work includes maintaining and controlling a recruitment platform to support stability, performance, and compliance, supporting and optimizing pre-selection processes within the recruitment funnel, and contributing to an AI-driven approach to continuously develop and innovate the recruitment platform.
The role operates in a hybrid working environment and involves applying business analysis methodologies and best practices to ensure effective communication between IT and HR stakeholders. It also requires an understanding of how core HR processes connect with other organizational processes, along with familiarity with digital recruitment ecosystems, privacy and security-related topics, and the role of web technologies, system integrations, and data flows. Building business cases and optimizing digital journeys to support decision-making are key parts of the assignment.
