As a GenAI Solution Architect, you design and help implement generative AI-based solutions in the Contact Center, AI & CRM domain. The assignment centers on the evolution of a customer-facing AI chatbot and on a redesign of the AI platform to improve scalability and enable capabilities such as voice AI, multi-turn interactions, memory, agent evaluation, MCP servers, and agentic AI. The work takes place in a secure, regulated environment focused on improving customer support and operational efficiency.
You collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to translate business requirements into technical designs that fit the enterprise architecture, and you take ownership for design and solution quality. A key part of the role is ensuring the usability of the products by focusing on performance, availability, scalability, security, privacy, integrity, and accessibility. You also actively monitor AI market developments and bring relevant innovations to the domain, while promoting the capabilities delivered by your squads across the broader organization.

- Academic thinking and working level, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (pre: field of Data Science)
- Knowledge and experience with the Contact Center & CRM landscape, and relevant technologies such as cloud platforms and CRM technologies
- Practical experience with architecture methods and techniques (e.g. enterprise architecture frameworks)
- You are familiar with the rituals of Agile / Scrum
- Good command of English (business level)
- Based in the Netherlands i.e. able to join some meetings physically
- Proficiency in system integration i.e. web services, API development and event streaming frameworks
