DevOps Engineer – Workday
This role supports the delivery and continuous improvement of global HR technology within an Agile and DevOps environment. The work focuses on enhancing and maintaining a Workday-based HR landscape, particularly for performance and talent journeys, translating business needs into effective system solutions while protecting the integrity of the global design. You collaborate with colleagues from HR, IT, and other business domains to deliver high-quality enhancements, support continuous innovation, and optimize processes and employee journeys related to performance and talent optimization.
You analyse business requirements and translate them into sustainable and scalable solutions; design and configure system functionality in line with global standards; assess the impact of proposed changes; validate releases; and maintain solutions across HR and performance/talent modules. You provide solution recommendations, support testing and release deployment, develop functional documentation and knowledge materials, and provide user support and training where needed. You also work closely with integration and technology teams to assess impacts on connected systems and processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the HR technology landscape.
The working model is hybrid under an anywhere policy. The assignment runs until 30 September 2027. Additional office-related parking rules apply from April 2026, with external parking restricted Monday through Thursday and permitted on Fridays.

- All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the assignment
- If the candidate is selected to start, a pre-employment screening will be executed
- Your candidate is only allowed to start after the pre-employment screening has been completed successfully
- We would like to receive the personal motivation of the candidate and CV in English
Wensen
- Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery models
- Good understanding of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle management
- Familiarity with Workday release management, testing, and change implementation
- A strong quality mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
