Business Analyst (integrations) within the People & Growth domain, focused on shaping and improving the integrations around a global Human Capital Management platform. The role connects business and IT by analysing requirements, translating business processes into integration requirements, and working with architects, product owners and development teams to design end-to-end integration solutions. The Business Analyst supports reliable data exchange between the platform and upstream and downstream systems, including payroll, recruitment, identity and finance-related applications, and helps realise, enhance and maintain these integrations. In addition, the role contributes to roadmap planning support and continuous improvement of ways of working, processes and integration quality within Agile, Scrum and DevOps practices.
The assignment runs until 30-09-2027. Work is performed in a hybrid setup under an “anywhere” policy. The role is associated with a general Utrecht area location; due to a parking policy for external staff, parking on weekdays is limited to Fridays only (no parking Monday through Thursday). The assignment requires availability throughout the entire duration, and the role operates in English.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a Workday environment focused on integrations
- Proven experience analysing and documenting integration requirements
- Experience working with Workday integrations, data exchange and system connectivity
- Understanding of APIs, web services and integration concepts
- Ability to work closely with development teams to design and realise integrations
- Strong stakeholder management skills in complex international environments
- Candidate availability throughout the entire duration of the assignment
- Valid Passport or ID card required, to be taken along to the interview and at the start of the assignment

Wensen
- Dutch language skills are considered a plus
- Basic understanding of Workday Studio / Orchestrate, or similar Workday integration technologies (e.g., Workday PECI, Workday Connectors or Workday Extend) is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, LeSS and DevOps methodologies
