Business Analyst in the People & Growth domain, acting as the link between business and IT for the integration of a global HR platform and its ecosystem. The role supports the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of integrations that exchange data between the HR platform and upstream and downstream systems, including payroll, recruitment, identity, finance, and other strategic applications.
In collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, development teams, and third-party vendors, the Business Analyst gathers and documents business and technical requirements for new and existing integrations. The role translates business processes and epics into features, user stories, and integration requirements, and works with engineers to design end-to-end integration solutions. It also supports the realization, enhancement, and maintenance of integrations, and contributes to roadmap planning and business case development.
Within Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices, the role drives continuous improvements in ways of working, processes, and integration quality. The work requires the ability to manage stakeholders in a complex international context while engaging in technical discussions around APIs and integration patterns, and analysing data structures, interfaces, and end-to-end process flows.
The working language is English. The position is based on-site in Utrecht, Netherlands.
Eisen
- English
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a Workday environment focused on integrations
- Proven experience analysing and documenting integration requirements
- Experience working with Workday integrations, data exchange and system connectivity
- Understanding of APIs, web services and integration concepts
- Ability to work closely with development teams to design and realise integrations
- Experience mapping and analysing data structures, interfaces and end-to-end process flows
- Strong stakeholder management skills in complex international environments
Wensen
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with cloud integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Azure Integration Services.
- Understanding of identity and access integrations.
- Experience with reporting and data analysis within Workday.
- Dutch language skills
