This role supports the transition of AI-driven use cases from exploration into the build and test phase, with a focus on prompt engineering and business readiness. The direction of the solution has already been validated; the assignment now centers on building, refining, and operationalizing the solution so it is production-ready and ready for adoption.
The Business Analyst works at the intersection of business, technology, and risk/compliance governance. The responsibilities include making prompts and accompanying guidance usable in daily operations, shaping requirements that enable implementation, and ensuring documentation is complete and aligned with Responsible AI principles.
Key responsibilities
Develop and optimize prompts for consistent, high-quality outputs aligned with business needs, and improve prompt design processes, guidelines, and lifecycle management. Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to refine requirements and validate implementation details, and translate validated concepts into requirements, user scenarios, and acceptance criteria. Support build-and-test activities by defining functional and non-functional requirements, collaborating with technical teams on data and integration constraints, and helping structure and execute testing, including UAT.
Maintain documentation covering requirements, process flows, user journeys, prompt usage guidance, data usage and functional specifications, and materials needed for model governance, risk, compliance, privacy, and security. Contribute to a structured handover into production and business-as-usual operations.
