Over de opdracht
As a Business Analyst in a financial services environment, you support the exploration and validation of AI-driven use cases. You help promising ideas progress from experimentation towards implementation by translating findings into actionable requirements, process designs, and delivery-ready documentation. The role combines business, technology, and governance, with hands-on involvement in analysis and execution.
Responsibilities and context
You assess the value and feasibility of proposed AI capabilities through research, experiments, and technical exploration. This includes reviewing solution options, data availability, system constraints, risks, dependencies, process impacts, and integration opportunities. Use cases may include customer prospecting and scenario modelling. The ideas come from an existing pipeline, and your role is to validate, structure, and prepare them for realization.
You collaborate with business, risk, compliance, security, and architecture stakeholders to identify opportunities and constraints. You translate findings into requirements, process flows, use cases, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and handover materials for delivery teams. You also prepare documentation for relevant risk, privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI assessments.
You will work in an innovation-focused Agile team that values collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. The team aims to establish a scalable way to run multiple experiments in parallel and develop AI-enabled financial services.
Working arrangements
The assignment is 36 hours per week. English is the primary working language, and Dutch is an advantage. The role follows a hybrid arrangement, with on-site presence required on Mondays and Wednesdays. The professional must be based in the Netherlands.

- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met IT-projecten.
- Ervaring met data- en AI-technologieën.
- Ervaring met requirementsmanagement, procesontwerp en overdrachtsdocumentatie.
- Ervaring met werken in Agile-omgevingen.
- Beschikbaar gedurende de volledige opdracht.
